贾晨

个人简介

 

贾晨,男,1978年5月出生于山西襄汾。2010年博士毕业于清华大学微电子研究所。现为清华大学微电子所助理研究员。

 

研究方向为有线通信的集成电路设计与电源管理电路设计。有线通信的集成电路设计,包含了多项核心的集成电路设计技术,包括锁相环电路、时钟分配电路、时钟和数据恢复电路、高速电流模电路、AD/DA电路和电源管理电路等。在电源管理电路研究方向的成果已经在多个科研项目中被应用。电源管理电路的核心电路为电源变换电路。到目前为止,开关电源电路、电荷泵电路、LDO电路、基准电压源等电源变换电路的基本模块均成功流片。在电源管理电路方面,目前主要致力于:基于标准CMOS工艺的高集成度、高效率的应用于高速串行接口电路的电源管理的研究。

 

到目前为止,共发表论文36篇,其中SCI收录论文共4篇(包括已发表尚未检索的论文1篇),EI收录论文27篇(包括已发表或录用尚未检索的论文3篇),ISTP收录论文11篇。已参与申请专利2项。目前担任IEEE Transactions on Biomedical circuits杂志和IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems-Part II杂志的论文评阅人。

在任职期间,协助指导硕士研究生15名,其中10人已毕业(包括1名校级优秀毕业生);独立指导本科毕业设计7人,作为辅导老师指导学生2人。
