摘要/Abstract:
为了利用压电陶瓷作为人工关节无线监视系统的能量来源,从理论上分析了坚硬锆钛酸铅(PZT)陶瓷元件的能量产生特性和等效电路。利用非线性拟合算法计算出等效电路的参数拟合值,并分析了PZT压电陶瓷元件的输入输出特性、输出信号频谱特性以及在植入设备内的位置摆放。仿真结果表明:等效电路参数拟合值是正确的,当4个PZT压电陶瓷元件呈直线摆放时能输出最大能量(约为1.2mW)。通过对PZT陶瓷元件供电的电源电路设计和仿真发现,PZT陶瓷元件的能量能够转换为电路稳定的可用电源。
The power for the wireless monitoring systems in orthopaedic implant can be supplied by stiff lead zirconate titanate(PZT) piezoelect ricceramics. This paper describes the power generation characteristics of PZT ceramics and its equivalent circuit, input/output characteristics, and positions. These characteristics were verified by simulations and experiments with a single PZT and four PZTs respectively. A power circuit design and a monitoring system design are also given. The results verify that the power from the PZT can be regulated into useful, steady power for the circuit.
