Xiangyu Li , Doctor, Associate Professor, member of IEEE, CCF and Chinese Association for Cryptologic Research.
He was born in Tianjin, China, in 1977. He received his B.S. degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2000 and his Ph.D. degree in science and technology of electronics from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2006. He has attended a Young Teacher Training project at IMEC, Leuven, Belgium, from February to May, 2006. From 2006 to 2012, he was an Assistant Researcher with the Integrated Circuit and System Design Laboratory, Institute of Microelectronics, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. Since 2012, he has been an Associate Professor with the Department of Microelectronics and Nanoelectronics, Tsinghua University, Beijing. His research interests include security of embedded systems and information security VLSI/SoC, Internet of Things devices, and energy-efficient smart sensor circuit. He is the author of more than 60 articles, 7 inventions, and 3 copyrights of computer software. He has earned the following awards:
