In recent years, the Integrated Circuits and Systems Group of Tsinghua University (Tsinghua ICAS) have published over 780 papers in the field of integrated circuit design, in which there are 126 foreign journal papers including IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits (JSSC), 210 Chinese core journal papers, 451 international conference papers including the most influential conference, i.e. IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC). Our group has applied for over 190 patents, in which 123 patents are authorized.
