Xian Tang received the bachelor’s degree in electronic science and technology from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2007, and the Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, in 2013. She was the International Visiting Student with the University of Toronto, Toronto, ON, Canada, in 2011. She is currently an Associate Professor with the Division of Information Science and Technology, Graduate School at Shenzhen, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. Her current research interests include low-power analog integrated circuits and systems oriented to intelligent voice, image processing, biomedicine, wireless charging, etc. She has presided over and participated in the key R & D plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the R & D plan project in Key Areas of Guangdong Province, Shenzhen International Cooperation Project, Shenzhen Peacock Technology Innovation Project, Shenzhen Fundamental Research Fund. She has published more than 30 academic papers and reports on IEEE Trans. on Power Electronics, IEEE Trans. on Circuits And Systems, IEEE ISSCC SRP and IEEE ASSCC, and has been authorized 6 Chinese invention patents.
Dr. Tang was a recipient of the Outstanding Tutor Award in both 2010 and 2011 from Department of Electronic Engineering in the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the Global Scholarship Program for Research Excellence-CNOOC Grants 2010–2011 from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2010, and the Student Travel Grant Award from the IEEE Solid-State Society and International Solid-State Circuits Conference in 2012.
