Abstract:
The invention discloses a reconfigurable rectifier for wireless energy transmission. The reconfigurable rectifier comprises a active rectifier module, a voltage division circuit and a PWM controller module; the voltage division module is used for generating a detection signal in proportion to output voltage of the active rectifier module, the PWM controller module is used for receiving the detection signal and generating a control signal, and the control signal is used for controlling the active rectifier module to switch work in a full-wave rectification mode and a voltage doubling mode; theactive rectifier module comprises a first MOS tube, a second MOS tube, a third MOS tube, a fourth MOS tube and comparators corresponding to all the MOS tubes, and a circuit, a first voltage stabilizing capacitor, a second voltage stabilizing capacitor and a switch are started; the other end of the first voltage stabilizing capacitor is connected with a source electrode of the fourth MOS tube as the output end of the active rectifier module; the other end of the second voltage stabilizing capacitor is grounded. The reconfigurable rectifier is high in energy efficiency, and the circuit cost is low.
