Abstract：
The invention discloses a ring oscillator which comprises a first switch tube, a resistor, a capacitor, a first phase inverter and a second phase inverter. The first end of the first switch tube is connected with the output end of a power supply, and the second end thereof is connected with the first end of the resistor, the first end of the capacitor and the input end of the first phase inverter; the second end of the resistor and the second end of the capacitor are connected and then, are grounded; the output end of the first phase inverter is connected with the input end of the second phase inverter; and the output end of the second phase inverter is connected with the control end of the first switch tube. The on resistance of the first switch tube is far smaller than the resistance of the resistor; and the threshold voltage of input signal falling edge of the first phase inverter changes linearly with the temperature, and the proportionality coefficient of the linear change is within the range of (0.5-3)mV/ DEG C. The oscillation frequency of the ring oscillator does not change nonlinearly and greatly with the temperature.
