Yongming Li

Biography

    Yongming Li is a retired teacher of Institute of Microelectronics in TsinghuaUniversity. He taught undergraduate and graduate courses in analog large integrated circuits since 1970. He also conducts the research projects in analogue and analog/digital mixer integrated circuits , which are supported by the State Key and Special Fundamental Research Foundation (863, 973) and the National Science Foundation. He and colleagues had won national level and provincial and ministerial science and technology awards. He and students published more than 70 papers on Journal and International conference，won more than 10 USA or national granted patents .During recent years, He has made progress in the researching area of RF circuits which works at frequency between 900MHz to 5 GHz.
