Tiefu Li, Ph.D., is currently an associate professor at the Institute of Microelectronics, Tsinghua University. In 2003 and 2009, I obtained bachelor's and doctoral degrees in the Department of Electronic Engineering and Microelectronics of Tsinghua University, respectively. The doctoral thesis won the first prize of the 2009 Tsinghua University Excellent Doctoral Thesis. Main research interest is in nanoelectronics and quantum information techonology, including: solid state quantum computing systems, nano-electromechanical devices, classical-quantum interface circuit systems. I have published more than 30 papers and won 6 international and domestic patents. He was invited to attend the Fall Conference of the Korean Physical Society, the International Conference on Solid State Quantum Computing (IWSSQC), the International Conference on Quantum Optics and Quantum Information (QOQI). Participated in the Natural Science Foundation, the NSAF Key Fund, and the 973 Program with as PI or co-PI/core-member. In the "Tsinghua University 7th Young Teachers Teaching Contest", won the second prize of the Science and Technology Group.
