Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for accurately diagnosing series SQUID faults. According to the method, the input coils of series SQUIDs respectively have different inductances; Fourier transformation is performed on a modulation curve of the series SQUIDs, so that a frequency spectrogram of the modulation curve can be obtained; amplitudes corresponding to different frequencies are analyzed; and SQUIDs corresponding to peak values missing in an amplitude frequency characteristic curve are fault points. With the method of the invention adopted, the states of individual SQUIDs in the series SQUIDs can be accurately distinguished, and the positions of malfunctioned SQUIDs can be determined; and modulation depth of each SQUID at current bias points can be judged according to the amplitudes, and the optimum bias point of each SQUID can be analyzed.
