李翔宇

个人简介

        李翔宇, 副研究员/博士,IEEE Member, 中国密码学会会员, 中国计算机学会会员。

        1977年生,2000年获得清华大学电子工程系微电子与固体电子学学士学位,2006年获清华大学微电子学研究所工学博士学位,毕业后赴比利时微电子研究中心进修,同年6月进入清华大学微电子学研究所任教。主要研究信息安全VLSI、高能效智能传感器信号与数据处理芯片,共发表学术论文近60篇,第一或通信作者SCI论文4篇,申请国家发明专利9项,授权7项,计算机软件著作权3项,获北京市科技进步一等奖1项,教育部科技进步一等奖1项、国家密码管理局党政机要密码科技进步奖(省部级)三等奖1项。“清华大学精品课”《数字大规模集成电路设计》主讲教师,曾获清华大学“青年教师教学优秀奖”、清华大学“良师益友”称号。
