Introduction: |
This is a basic course for Master students majored in IC design. It starts from the MOST modeling, covers the analysis of basic IC blocks, e.g. current source, current mirror, differential pair, amplifiger and feedback circuits. The IC nonidealities such as noise and mismatch characteristics are also introduced in this course. Students following this course are expected to develop analysis and design capability for analog and mixed-signal large-scale IC. |
