The invention discloses a super-preposition high-speed successive approximation analog-to-digital converter, which comprises a multiplexer and a multi-path parallel capacitive analog-to-digital converter which is connected with the multiplexer and is used for sampling an input signal Vin, the multiplexer is used for switching each path of signal of the multi-path parallel capacitive analog-to-digital converter and transmitting the signal to the comparator, the comparator transmits an output result to the successive approximation logic controller, and the successive approximation logic controller outputs a signal to the multi-path parallel capacitive analog-to-digital converter for setting. According to the invention, under the cooperation of the multi-path parallel capacitive analog-to-digital converter and the multi-path selector, the purpose of improving the working rate of the comparator is achieved with less hardware overhead.
