Abstract:

The invention provides a capacitance split structure switched capacitor amplification circuit based on a double-input transconductance operational amplifier, and belongs to the field of integrated circuit design. The circuit comprises four input capacitors, four feedback capacitors and a double-input operational transconductance amplifier, wherein a first differential input signal is connected with the bottom plates of the first and third input capacitors; a second differential input signal is connected with the bottom plates of the second and fourth input capacitors; the top plates of the first to fourth input capacitors are connected with the top plates of the corresponding first to fourth feedback capacitors and then are respectively connected with four differential input ends of the double-input operational transconductance amplifier. The bottom plates of the first and the second feedback capacitors are connected with the bottom plates of the third and the fourth feedback capacitors respectively and then are connected with the two differential output ends of the double-input operational transconductance amplifier respectively to output two differential output signals. According to the circuit, a level shifting capacitor is not used, and the working speed and the gain of the operational amplifier can be improved by stacking the PMOS differential pair and the NMOS differential pair.
