Abstract：
The embodiment of the invention discloses a voltage-controlled oscillator which comprises at least two pairs of coils, and each pair of coils form an oscillator unit. Each oscillator unit comprises at least two working modes, each working mode generates an independent oscillation frequency in a preset frequency range, and the preset frequency ranges of the corresponding oscillation frequencies in different working modes are different. The voltage-controlled oscillator provided by the embodiment of the invention can generate an ultra-wideband signal source and reduce the occupied area.
