Abstract:
The invention belongs to the technical field of an active imaging transceiver and especially relates to a terahertz active imaging transceiver integrated with an on-chip antenna. The transceiver comprises an on-chip antenna module, a push-push VCO, a power detector, a programmable gain amplifier, a chopper and a lowpass filter. The TX end of the on-chip antenna module is connected with the TX end of the push-push VCO. The RX end of the on-chip antenna module is connected with the input end of the power detector. The output end of the power detector is connected with the input end of the programmable gain amplifier. The output end of the programmable gain amplifier is connected with the first input end of the chopper. The output end of the chopper is connected with input end of the lowpass filter. The output end of the lowpass filter is connected with off-chip output through an on-chip pin DC_OUT. The second input end of the chopper is connected with the input end of the push-push VCO and is connected with off-chip through an on-chip pin VCHOP.
