Abstract:

The invention discloses a transconductance amplifier and a high-robustness mixer circuit and relates to the technical field of wireless communication. The transconductance amplifier comprises a differential mode circuit, a common mode feedback circuit and a common mode phase margin compensating circuit. The differential mode circuit is used for converting an input radio-frequency voltage signal to a radio-frequency current signal; the common mode feedback circuit is used for counteracting a differential mode component of the radio-frequency voltage signal so as to generate a common-mode voltage signal; the common mode phase margin compensating circuit is used for improving the phase margin of the common-mode voltage signal. The transconductance amplifier of the invention improves the phase margin of the common-mode voltage signal by arranging the common mode phase margin compensating circuit so as to weaken the influence of pre-stage circuit output impedance to the phase margin of a common-mode feedback loop in the transconductance amplifier.
