Abstract:

The invention discloses a clock access front end amplifying circuit of a source synchronization high-speed serial interface. The clock access front end amplifying circuit comprises a low-pass filter module, an amplifier module, an alternating current coupling module and a level amplifying circuit, wherein the low-pass filter module is used for extracting a low-frequency component representing a duty ratio from high-speed output CP/CN, the amplifier module is used for amplifying the low-frequency component and adjusting a common mode electrical level, the alternating current coupling module is used for achieving the displacement of the common mode electrical level and the adjustment of an input turnover point of a first level amplifier, and the level amplifying circuit is used for amplifying a small signal. The front end amplifying circuit with duty ratio calibration is provided. The respective matching of common mode impedance and difference module impedance is achieved through pi impedance matching to reduce reflection, a two-level ESD protection circuit is adopted to reduce the parasitic effect, and the shaking preliminary calculation of a link can be reduced through middle and low appropriate processing.
