Abstract:

The invention discloses a differential transmission device, which comprises a differential pair, digital control switches and metal horizontal stripes, wherein the differential pair comprises first and second differential signal lines, differential signals are received by first ports of the first and second differential signal lines, second ports of the first and second differential signal lines are dangling or are connected to an output high-impedance state, two rows of the metal horizontal stripes are arranged along the length direction of the first and second differential signal lines, the number of the metal horizontal stripes in each row can be equal, the two rows of the metal horizontal stripes are respectively positioned below the first and second differential signal lines, the length direction of the metal horizontal stripes is vertical to the length direction of the first and second differential signal lines, the two rows of the metal horizontal stripes are symmetrical distributed along an axis of symmetry of the first and second differential signal lines as a center line, one row of the metal horizontal stripes and the other row of the metal horizontal stripes which are symmetrical distributed along the center line form a pair, each pair of the metal horizontal stripes is dangling away from two ends of the axis of symmetry, and two ends close to the axis of symmetry are connected to one digital control switch. The invention further provides an amplifier comprising the differential transmission device. The differential transmission device has the advantages of capabilities of adjusting an effective dielectric constant and calibrating the frequency of the amplifier, high Q value and low loss.
