The invention relates to a mobile phone with an integrated RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) function. In virtue of the characteristics that the both of an RFID reading-writing device and the mobile phone are similar in working frequency and hardware structure, by multiplexing an antenna, a restructured antenna switch, an RF receiving/transmitting module, a base band module and a terminal interface in the mobile phone and configuring a mobile phone multiplexing software, the mobile phone can work in a UHF (Ultra High Frequency) frequency range in accordance with an RFID communication, andthe function of the RFID communication can be realized. Free from the addition of the extra RFID reading-writing device to the mobile phone, the utility ratio of the hardware resource is further increased, the hardware resource is saved, and the application of the RFID is realized.
