Abstract：
The invention discloses a radio frequency transmitter comprising a modulator, a mixer, a phase-locked loop and a tuning calibration circuit. The modulator is used for receiving the to-be-transmitted digital signal and synchronous clock signal, modulating the to-be-transmitted signals and outputting the digital signal; the mixer is used for converting the digital signal through a current-steering type digital-analogue converter according to a local oscillator signal provided by the phase-locked loop, converting the digital signal, outputting a differential current signal, executing mixing treatment on the current signal to generate a radio frequency signal, and inputting the radio frequency signal to the tuning calibration circuit; the tuning calibration circuit is used for tuning the radio frequency signal generated by the mixer and transmitting the radio frequency signal. For the radio frequency transmitter provided by the embodiment, the current-steering type digital-analogue converter is used in the mixer so as to realize transconductance, thus, current sharing can be realized, the power consumption is reduced, high linearity is realized while the transconductance is realized, and the performance of the radio frequency transmitter is improved.
