Abstract:
EPC Gen2 protocol was adopted by ISO/IEC18000-6 in 2006, which is called ISO/IEC18000-6C.Because it is a fast and cheap solution which is mainly used in logistics, production and supply chain management, it has become a focus of RFID system. This thesis first focuses on the design of UHF RFID tester controller based on ISO/IEC18000-6C, then the corresponding middleware system of different RFID devices. The basic principles and frame of RFID are introduced firstly in this thesis, then the analysis of ISO/IEC18000-6C.The features of the communication progress are introduced as well. A RFID tester controller design based on ISO/IEC 18000-6C is implemented in this thesis, containing digital encoding and sending circuit, digital decoding and receiving circuit with anti-noise function, protocol command circuit and total controlling circuit. Test result on FPGA shows that this design can finish the real-time digital processing task of the signals replied by tags. To realize the same interface of different RFID devices and the RFID tester, which will be used by detail applications, a RFID middleware system is implemented in the thesis based on C and JAVA. Then projects based on the RFID middleware system are introduced, which shows the middleware system can be successfully used in 7*24 applications.
