摘要/Abstract:
As the high speed integrated circuit developing, the number of on-chip inductors in single chip becomes larger. To overcome annoying electromagnetic crosstalk between metal coils, the 8-shaped inductors are promoted. However, the 8-shaped inductors suffer from poor expansion for multiple turns and thus can only achieve relatively low inductance. This work propose structures aimed at enhancing 8-shaped inductor’s inductance-density, improving chip integration under the premise of small electromagnetic crosstalk, and providing differentiable topology.
