实现了一个带宽和增益可配置、高线性度、低噪声的模拟基带电路,应用于77G CMOS毫米波雷达接收机。电路包括一个带宽可配置的五阶巴特沃斯低通滤波器模块、三个可编程增益放大器模块以及三个直流失调消除环路。增益范围为18-70dB,增益步进为6dB;带宽为200k-2M;噪声系数最小为24dB;输出1dB压缩点为5.1dBm,在最高增益时IIP3为-52dBm;功耗为14.6mA@ 1V。电路采用65nm CMOS工艺实现,所占面积为1.2*0.93 mm2。
A analog baseband (ABB) circuit with reconfigurable gain and bandwidth, high linearity and low noise for 77GHz Mm-wave radar application is presented. The ABB consists of three-stage programmable gain amplifiers (PGAs), A fiver order reconfigurable Butterworth low-pass filter (LPF) and three active DC offset cancellation (DCOC) loops. The total gain range from 18dB to 70dB with an average step of 6dB, and the bandwidth of the LPF is reconfigurable from 200kHz to 2MHz. The minimum noise figure of ABB is 24dB and IIP3 at highest gain is -52dBm .The circuit has been implemented in 65nm CMOS process. It occupies 1.2*0.93 mm2 area and consumes 14mA current from 1V power supply.
