摘要/Abstract：
A 40GHz LC VCO , designed for 60G mm-wave WLANs, using TSMC 65nm CMOS process is presented. Fully differential structure,biasing filter technique improve the phase noise.Wide control voltage range is used to improve the tuning-range.Simulation shows that -100.8dBc/Hz phase noise is achieved at 1MHz offset. The tuning range of the VCO covers from 41.5GHz to 47GHz.The supply voltage is 1V.
