摘要/Abstract:
A reconfigurable digital phase modulator (RDPM) is proposed in this paper. Different phase modulation and demodulation, such as BPSK, PSK and MSK are achieved. In the modulator, different phase modulation waveform can be generated by changing the baseband channel coding and forming data. In the demodulator, a differential structure is utilized to eliminate the phase ambiguity caused by wireless channels. Using the correlation algorithm, not only the header recognition and clock qusai-synchronization can be implemented simply, but also the complexity and circuit area of receivers are reduced considerably. The RDPM system has been complemented in UMC0.18um CMOS rocess. The area of digital circuit is 3mm x 1.5mm.
