Quadrature weaver structure is employed to overcome the impact on the image reject caused by mismatch of circuits. LO signal driver has a correction circuit to improve the orthogonality of I/Q LO output signal of passive multi-phase filter. Meanwhile, comb filter is added into the low noise amplifier to further enhance the filtering of image signal. These improvement measures enable the receiver front end to provide an image rejection ratio of 65dB. Practical testing results show that this front-end circuit has a bandwidth over 70MHz with the image rejection ratio higher than 25dB.
