This research subject was supported by National High-Tech Research and Development Programs (863) ----“Project of Research and Industrialization of RFID Tag IC According to ISO 18000-6 Type B/C”. Using the low-voltage low-power analog and digital IC technologies, we developed the low-power non-volatile memory, RFID Tag IC according to ISO 18000-6 Type B/C, and the correlative testing instrument. Practical experiments were carryout out in traffic management and cargo shipment applications.
