邓伟

个人简介

        邓伟博士,助理教授、特别研究员和博士生导师,国家青年特聘专家,IEEE Senior Member。2006年和2009年在电子科技大学电子工程系分别获得工学学士和工学硕士学位;2012年在日本Tokyo Institute of Technology电气电子系获得博士学位,2013-2014年留校从事博士后研究工作;2015年-2019年在位于硅谷的苹果公司全球总部任资深主任工程师,从事高速无线通信芯片的研发;2019年回清华大学微电子学与纳电子学系/微电子所任职助理教授(教研系列)。在集成电路设计的顶级期刊JSSC(IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits)和旗舰会议ISSCC(International Solid-State Circuits Conference)发表论文18篇,授权5项美国发明专利。担任IEEE VLSI Circuits,GSMM,ICTA等国际会议的技术委员会成员。先后获“中国青少年科技创新奖”、“IEEE SSCS Predoctoral Award”、“IEEE/ACM ASP-DAC Best Design Award”和“Tejima Research Award”等奖项。目前开展硅基射频、毫米波、太赫兹和混合信号集成电路与系统的设计和研究,主要应用于毫米波和太赫兹无线通信、雷达和成像芯片系统。
