The invention discloses an electrocardiosignal processing method. The method at least comprises an ECG abnormal rhythm detection method, the ECG abnormal rhythm detection method can be based on dynamic threshold gradient comparison, the ECG abnormal rhythm detection method inputs an electrocardiosignal flow quantized by an analog-to-digital converter, outputs a peak value position and a peak valuesize of the electrocardiosignal flow, and outputs a clock signal of which the peak value is detected and whether an abnormal peak value exists or not. Once an abnormal peak value is detected, namelyan abnormal mark exists, all cached electrocardio data can be transmitted outwards through a data interface or a trigger data interface. The electrocardiosignal processing method has the advantages oflow power consumption and extremely low hardware overhead, and can realize accurate abnormality identification. The invention further provides an electrocardiosignal processing device.
