Abstract：
The invention discloses a threshold voltage generation circuit which is used for generating threshold voltage with a jitter function. The circuit comprises two current sources, two current sinks, tworesistor strings and a current type DAC, wherein each resistor string comprises (2N + 1-2) resistors, the resistors in each resistor string are sequentially connected in series; two ends of the resistors which are connected in series are respectively connected with corresponding current sources and current sinks; the current mode DAC is used for receiving a digital jitter signal, wherein a digitaljitter signal is received and converted into two reverse current signals, the two reverse current signals are respectively output to a first node and a second node, a first resistor and a second resistor are connected in series between the first node and the second node, and a common-mode voltage is connected between the first resistor and the second resistor. Current bias is adopted in the threshold voltage generation circuit, so that the threshold voltage generation circuit is not affected by wiring parasitism, the circuit is simplified, and power consumption and area are saved.
