The invention discloses a delay circuit unit weakly related to a process corner. The circuit comprises six PMOS (P-channel Metal Oxide Semiconductor) tubes and ten NMOS (N-channel Metal Oxide Semiconductor) tubes, on the basis of a traditional time-delay circuit unit, a time-delay compensation circuit is added, so that the time-delay circuit unit weakly related to the process is formed. Time delaydifference caused by different process corners can be offset, the requirement of a system for a time delay circuit is met, the allowance of circuit design is increased, and therefore the product yield is increased.
