The invention discloses a compensation device and a compensation control method for a wireless energy transmission system. The wireless energy transmission system comprises an energy transmission circuit of a sending end and an energy transmission circuit of a receiving end. The energy transmission circuit of the sending end comprises an LC resonance circuit. The compensation device comprises an LCL compensation network, a voltage feedback loop and a control circuit. The LCL compensation network comprises a first inductor, a second inductor and an adjustable capacitor. The first inductor and the second inductor are connected in series with the LC resonance circuit. The adjustable capacitor is connected in parallel with the LC resonance circuit, and one end of the adjustable capacitor is connected between the first inductor and the second inductor. The voltage feedback loop feeds back the output voltage state of the receiving end to the control circuit. The control circuit controls andadjusts the capacitance of the adjustable capacitor according to the output voltage state. The output voltage is dynamically controlled through the LCL compensation network, and thus, the output voltage is stabilized within a set voltage range. Circuit elements needed at the receiving end of the system are few, the control structure is simple, and the efficiency is high.
