Abstract：
The invention provides a touch sensing structure. The touch sensing structure comprises a substrate layer, a mark point, a dielectric layer, a texture layer and a protective layer, and the mark point,the dielectric layer, the texture layer and the protective layer are sequentially arranged on the substrate layer, wherein the substrate layer, the dielectric layer and the protective layer are all made of elastic materials; the elastic materials are transparent; the mark point is made of a first metal; the texture layer is made of a second metal; and the first metal and the second metal are different in color. The invention also provides an optical touch sensor comprising the touch sensing structure, a machine and a preparation method of the touch sensing structure. According to the invention, the mark point and the texture layer of the touch sensing structure are separated through the dielectric layer, the displacement of the mark point and the texture of the texture layer are not interfered with each other, and the identification rate of the mark point and the texture layer is improved.
