Abstract:

The invention relates to a method and system for measuring a force line track of distal femur relative to a prosthetic pad in unicompartmental knee arthroplasty, wherein a hardware system mainly comprises an array pressure sensor, a data transmission and interface circuit, a radio frequency transceiver and a PC. The track measurement algorithm mainly adopts two times of least square fitting, and the first time of least square fitting is used for obtaining pressure distribution data and a maximum pressure point coordinate. The maximum pressure point is taken as a touch point. The second times of least square fitting is adopted to obtain a final force line track. According to the method, the motion track of the femoral prosthesis relative to the prosthesis pad can be acquired in real time, the obtained track is compared with a standard track, and the femoral prosthesis, the prosthesis pad and the tibial prosthesis are installed by taking the obtained track as a reference, so that an installation position and an installation angle are determined.
