Abstract:

The invention discloses a double-sided charge pump with stable output voltage. The double-sided charge pump comprises a clock circuit which takes a clock signal CLK as an input and is used for generating a two-phase non-overlapping clock. A logic circuit take a two-phase non-overlapping clock as a sum mode selection signal Vin as an input, and is used for generate a gate signal of a switch tube ofa double-side pump circuit; The double-side pump circuit takes the grid signal of the switch tube and the control signal of the compensation tube as inputs, and is used for generating the output voltage; A load current detection circuit take that voltage difference between the flying line capacitor and the output voltage stabilize capacitor of the pump circuit in the double-side pump circuit as an input, and is used for generating a control signal of a compensation tube. The invention can solve the influence of the change of the load current on the output voltage, so that the output voltage does not change greatly with the load current, thereby improving the stability and accuracy of the output voltage.
