Abstract:

The invention relates to a high-speed serial interface receiver front end circuit compatible in direct-current/alternating-current coupling. A transmission mode is switched through a switch tube, in the direct-current coupling mode, a matched resistor is pulled up to power voltage, a common mode level recovery module is in an off-state, and input differential signals comprise direct current signals and alternating current signals which are sent to a CML buffer stage; in the mode of alternating-current coupling, the matched resistor is not pulled up to the power voltage any more, the common mode level recovery module works normally, a common mode level is provided by pressure drop generated by a current and resistance inside a circuit, and the common level and the input differential signalsare overlaid and then sent to the CML buffer stage. Accordingly, the common mode level recovery module is turned off in the direct-current coupling mode, and power consumption is saved; in the alternating coupling mode, the phenomenon that in a traditional structure, the area and power consumption loss is caused by an additional input port or a digital-analogue converter is avoided, by means of the additionally arranged common mode level recovery module, power consumption is only at a microwatt level, and the very good consistency with the subsequent CML buffer level is achieved.
