Abstract:
The invention relates to a low-dropout linear voltage stabilizer, and belongs to the field of integrated circuit design. The low-dropout linear voltage stabilizer utilizes an analog module and digitalmodule mixed control mode, and a voltage follower is additionally arranged in the digital module so that output end voltage ripples of the low-dropout linear voltage stabilizer can be changed along with input end voltage ripples of the low-dropout linear voltage stabilizer. By means of the ripple coupling circuit structure, the high-frequency ripple component of the low-dropout linear voltage stabilizer is inhibited, and then the voltage rejection ratio of a high-frequency power supply of a circuit is improved.
