Abstract：
The invention discloses a method and system for obtaining pelvic posture and a prosthesis installation angle in a total hip replacement surgery. According to the method, the pelvic posture can be obtained in real time, a prosthesis is installed by taking the obtained pelvic posture as reference, and the installation angle is determined, and system hardware can be divided into three modules of a data acquisition module, a data processing module and a data transmission module according to functions; according to components, the hardware can be divided into a pelvic initial posture measuring device, a pelvic dynamic measuring device and a prosthesis installation angle measuring device, a same sensor module is mounted on each component device to transmit obtained data by a sensor to a computer, and pelvic posture calculation and prosthesis installation angle calculation are achieved on the computer; by the usage of the method and system for obtaining the pelvic posture and the prosthesis installation angle in the total hip replacement surgery, a great convenience is brought to the total hip replacement surgery carried out by doctors, and the surgery success rate and treatment effect are improved.
