Abstract:

The utility model provides a ring oscillator, including first switch tube, resistance, electric capacity, first phase inverter and second phase inverter, the output that the first end of first switch tube was connected, the second end is connected the first end of resistance the first end of electric capacity and the input of first phase inverter, the second of resistance end with the continuous back ground connection of second end of electric capacity, the output of first phase inverter is connected the input of second phase inverter, the output of second phase inverter is connected the control end of first switch tube, the conducting resistance value of first switch tube far is less than the resistance of resistance, the threshold voltage of the incoming signal falling edge of first phase inverter is along with the temperature linear change, and the within range of the coefficient of proportionality of linear change at (0.5~3) mV DEG C. The utility model discloses a "Frequency" of ring -shaped resonator can non -linearly not change along with the temperature by a wide margin.
