Abstract：
The invention relates to a basal body temperature detection device. The basal body temperature detection device comprises a sleep quality detection module, a controller module, a body temperature data measurement module, a data storage module and a power module, the sleep quality detection module is used for detecting the motion state of a user in the sleep process, and the motion state comprises the motion amplitude value of each motion every time and the number of times of the motion of the user in the sleep process. The controller module determines optimal basal body temperature sampling time according to motion information, and the body temperature data measurement module is used for collecting the basal body temperature data of the user within the basal body temperature sampling time. The data storage module is used for storing the collected basal body temperature data. The power module provides power for the basal body temperature detection device.
