摘要/Abstract:
This paper presents a BPF-based time delay cell for UWB phased array to suppress ISI in analog beamforming with low cost. Combined with phase shifter, the delay cell shows similar ISI mitigation performance to true-time-delay but consumes much lower power and area. A prototype 7.5-8.5GHz UWB receiver front end is implemented in 65nm CMOS. The proposed delay cell achieves a large delay range of 405ps and consumes 3.0mW.
