摘要/Abstract:
本文设计了一个人工耳蜗专用植入刺激芯片。芯片为17个刺激电极提供精确的电流脉冲刺激,同时具有一定的数据检错能力,可以满足各种不同的语音编码算法的需要。芯片为一数模混合电路,采用0.35 µm 嵌入式EEPROM工艺设计制造,使用双工作电压,高压电源12 V,常压电源3.3 V,芯片总面积9 mm2,最大功耗小于10 mW。本文详细介绍了该芯片的结构和重点模块的具体实现方式,部分模块以及芯片整体的最终测试结果。
A cochlear implant stimulating circuit was designed. The chip can provide precise stimulus current to the 17 electrodes. The chip also has error detected ability, it can be used for different speech encoding algorithm. The chip is a mixed signal circuit. It was designed and fabricated with 0.35um EEPEOM process. Dual power supplies are used for the chip, one is 12V, and the other is 3.3V. The total area is 9mm2, and the power is less then 10mW. The structure of the whole chip is introduced in the paper. The results of the chip are also described.
