摘要/Abstract:
本文提出了一种可以稳定工作且通过测试验证的多通道神经刺激器系统。该系统除实现根据不同的控制信号产生不同的刺激电流脉冲、驱动不同组合电极的功能外,综合考虑了芯片面积、功耗等方面的优化。文章介绍了该系统的电路结构和工作原理,同时给出了测试方案和测试结果,并且重点介绍了无线传输系统中的数据及能量恢复电路。
The electrical neural stimulator system which described in this paper can work smoothly and has passed the test .The design can not only produce different stimulus current among different electrodes according to the control data but also minisize the area, and lower the power consumption.The paper also describes the configuration, principle and test approach of the system, and test result is also given. The clock/ data/ energy recovery circuit is core chapter of the paper.
