摘要/Abstract:
设计了一种应用于无源RFID(射频识别)标签的ASK解调器。该解调器采用边沿检测技术,能够恢复调制深度很浅的ASK信号。电路结构简单,易于调节,可适用于不同的协议,并且具有低电压低功耗的特点。电路采用0.18μm CMOS工艺设计。仿真结果表明,该解调器可以工作在1 V电源电压下,静态功耗为0.5μW,可正确解调出的包络信号其高低电平之差最小为70mV;当包络信号的高低电平转换时间小于0.1μs时,电路可检测出的最小信号脉宽为2.5μs。
A novel integrated amplitude-shift keying(ASK) demodulator for passive RFID tags was proposed.This demodulator,which employs edge-detection technique,is capable of detecting ASK signals with small modulation depth.The circuit is simple and adaptable to different protocols,and it is designed in 0.18 μm CMOS process.Simulations show that the circuit can operate at a supply voltage down to 1 V with 0.5 μW static power dissipation.The minimum difference between high and low levels of the detectable envelope signal is 70 mV. The minimum detectable pulse width is 2.5μs when the rise and fall time is 0.1μs.
