摘要/Abstract:
由于DC-DC芯片工作模式的多样性,电源转换器的系统结构有多种不同选择。为了电源模块的安全可靠,往往需要多种保护电路模块。文中从系统的角度,阐述了适合于OLED显示驱动电路的PFM工作模式的升压DC-DC电源转换器的原理。在此基础上,设计了一种应用于OLED驱动电路芯片的升压DC-DC电路。当输入电压为2.4~4.2V时,输出电压可以达到15V,负载电流最大可以达到50mA,纹波电压小于200mV。这个设计可以与OLED驱动芯片集成在一起,实现OLED驱动芯片和电源管理芯片的集成。
Due to the variety of operation modes , there are several choices when it comes to the system architectures of switchers. In order to make system work safely and reliably, several protection modules are needed. From the system perspective, this paper illustrates the switcher operating in PFM, which is fit for the OLED driver. Based on the above, a DC-DC chip for OLED driver is presented in system level, circuit level and layout level . When input voltage varies from 2.4V to 4.2V , the maximum output voltage can be 15V and the maximum load current can be 50mA. In the same time, the ripple voltage is smaller than 200mV. The design can be integrated with OLED driver , so driver and power management can be implemented in a single chip for OLED display.
