The invention discloses a time domain interleaving SARADC offset calibration device and method, the number of comparators is properly reduced through a multiplexer, and the comparators are switched back in a switching stage between different channels, so that the full utilization of the comparators in the whole time period is achieved, meanwhile, the imbalance of different comparators between the channels can be averaged due to cyclic calling, which is equivalent to that all the channels have the same imbalance value, and the same imbalance value does not influence the overall dynamic performance of the ADC, so that the influence of the imbalance of the comparators on the performance of the high-speed ADC is relieved. The change-over switch required by the multiplexing of the comparator can be used as a cascode tube of the pre-amplifier, the gain of the pre-amplifier is improved, the equivalent input noise of the comparator is reduced, the hardware overhead is relatively small, even the total hardware overhead is reduced due to the reduction of the number of the comparators, and good universality is achieved.
