Abstract:

The invention relates to an electrocardiosignal classification method and device. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a first electrocardiosignal, and calculating a first derivative sequence corresponding to the first electrocardiosignal; according to a preset R wave peak value detection threshold value and a preset length window, extracting an R wave peak value point sequence from the first derivative sequence, and generating a binary image corresponding to the R wave peak value point sequence; inputting the binary image into a preset heart rate anomaly detection model to obtain an initial heart rate anomaly detection result; and according to the initial heart rate anomaly detection result and a preset heart rate anomaly type judgment strategy, determining the heart rate anomaly type of the first electrocardiosignal. On the premise of ensuring low energy consumption, high detection precision and speed can be realized. The arrhythmia is detected in time and the type is confirmed, the diagnosis efficiency is improved, and medical resources are saved.
