The embodiment of the invention provides a dynamic current mode comparator. The dynamic current mode comparator comprises a first input unit, a second input unit, a regeneration unit and a clock-controlled resistor unit, wherein the first input unit is used for receiving a first clock signal and a first input signal, and generating a first current according to the first clock signal and the first input signal; the second input unit is used for receiving the first clock signal and a second input signal and generating a second current according to the first clock signal and the second input signal; and the clock-controlled resistor unit is used for receiving a second clock signal and providing load resistance for the dynamic current mode comparator according to the second clock signal. Therefore, the dynamic current mode comparator provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of low latency and high speed, and can increase the speed of a tracking stage and a regeneration stage at the same time, thereby relieving the time sequence pressure of a decision feedback equalizer.
