Abstract：
The invention discloses an over-sampling analog-to-digital converter. The over-sampling analog-to-digital converter comprises a subtractor, a loop filter, a quantizer and a feedback digital-to-analogconverter which are connected to form a loop, and 2-1 digital jitter modules, wherein each digital jitter module comprises a digital jitter signal generating circuit, a digital filter, a first digital adder and a second digital adder; and each digital jitter module adopts the following connection mode: for the ith digital jitter module, the digital jitter signal generating circuit is used for generating a random digital jitter signal, the first digital adder is used for adding the digital jitter signal to the ith feedback input of the feedback digital-to-analog converter, the input end of the digital filter receives the digital jitter signal, and the second adder is used for adding an output of the digital filter to the ith output of the quantizer. The over-sampling analog-to-digital converter provided by the invention has the advantages of higher linearity, smaller area, lower power consumption, and higher stability.
